Consultation and Application Support

End-to-end coordination of the application itself, through to the government decision and the formalities that follow.

Who it is for

Clients who have selected a programme and want the application run properly, and clients who want a single point of accountability across the agents, authorities and professionals an application touches.

What it covers

Once a programme is chosen, the work becomes coordination. An application typically involves a licensed local agent, one or more government departments, an independent due diligence provider, translators and notaries, and often the client's own lawyers and bankers. The failure mode is not usually a bad decision; it is a dropped handoff.

Where we sit

We act as your advisor and coordinator. In many programmes an application may only be lodged by an agent licensed in that jurisdiction — we do not pretend otherwise, and we will tell you who is actually submitting your file and in what capacity.

Due diligence

Credible programmes commission independent background checks on every adult applicant. This is not an obstacle to be managed around; it is the reason the nationality retains value. We prepare you for what will be examined and ensure the file supports it. We do not advise on how to present information other than completely and accurately.

During the review period

Authorities frequently request further information, and the speed and quality of the response affects the outcome. We monitor the file, handle queries, and keep you informed — including when there is nothing to report, which is most weeks.

After a decision

Approval is not the end. Depending on the programme there may be an oath or registration step, a payment stage, biometric capture, and passport or permit issuance, each with its own deadline. Missing one can cost the approval.

What is included

  • Written engagement scope

Who is doing what, including which party lodges the application.

  • Due diligence preparation

What will be examined, and ensuring the file supports it.

  • Coordination with the licensed local agent

Where the jurisdiction reserves submission to one.

  • Lodgement confirmation

Who submitted, when, and under what reference.

  • Response to official requests for information

Prepared and submitted within the authority's deadlines.

  • Regular progress reporting

Including when there is nothing to report.

  • Post-approval formalities tracking

Oath, registration, payment, biometrics and issuance deadlines.

How it works

  1. Engagement and scope. What we are doing, who else is involved, and what each party is responsible for.
  2. Due diligence preparation. What will be examined, and ensuring the file supports it.
  3. Lodgement. Through the authorised agent or channel, with confirmation of who submitted and when.
  4. Query handling. Monitoring and responding to requests for further information.
  5. Progress reporting. Regular updates, including when there is no change.
  6. Decision and formalities. Oath, registration, payment, biometrics and document issuance, with deadlines tracked.

Timelines differ by programme and by the authority reviewing the file. We do not publish indicative durations we cannot source.

Scope and limits

Not included in this service

  • Lodging applications reserved to licensed local agents We coordinate with the agent; we do not misrepresent who submits.
  • Any influence over the decision or its timing Neither exists, and any advisor claiming it should be avoided.
  • Refund of government, agent or due diligence fees Payable to third parties and generally non-refundable, including on refusal.
  • We do not lodge applications in jurisdictions that reserve that to a licensed local agent. We will always tell you who is submitting your file.
  • We have no influence over the decision, the processing time, or an authority's internal priorities.
  • We will not present information other than completely and accurately, and we will withdraw from an engagement that requires otherwise.
  • Government fees, agent fees and due diligence fees are payable to those parties and are generally non-refundable, including on refusal.

Questions

Do you submit the application yourself?

It depends on the programme. Many reserve lodgement to an agent licensed in that jurisdiction, in which case we coordinate with them and tell you exactly who is submitting your file and in what capacity. We will not imply we are the submitting party when we are not.

What happens if the authority asks for more information?

This is common and not a bad sign in itself. We prepare and submit the response within the deadline. Slow or incomplete responses are a genuine risk to an application, which is why the file is monitored rather than left until something arrives.

How often will I hear from you?

On a regular cycle, including when there is no change — which is most of the review period. Silence from an advisor during a long government review is a common complaint and an easy one to avoid.

What if my application is refused?

We will tell you what the authority has said, whether there is a review or appeal route, and whether reapplying elsewhere is realistic. Government, agent and due diligence fees are paid to third parties and are generally non-refundable, which is why we assess eligibility candidly before you commit.

Is approval the end of the process?

No. There is usually an oath or registration step, a payment stage, sometimes biometric capture, then document issuance — each with a deadline. Missing one can cost the approval, so we track them through to the document in your hand.
